This is not only Jan's favorite, it's everyone's favorite. Serve with some mashed potatoes and gravy. Save some for meat loaf sandwiches the next day!
Coat these steaks with a combination of olive oil, lemon and rosemary for a wonderful flavor. Baste them and let them chill a few hours before grilling. As always with T-Bones or Porterhouse - two steaks in one!
