Fiesta San Antonio

Fiesta® San Antonio is a 10-day, city-wide, fun-filled, multi-cultural, family-oriented celebration. With over 100 different events, it's the biggest party and greatest community benefit in the state of Texas. It is one of this nation's premiere festivals.

In 2006 it was held from April 21-30. Actually, we were not aware of the Fiesta when we booked the trip, but it didn't take long for us to figure out that something special was happening in the city! Here are some photos of our trip to Fiesta® 2006.

Fun Facts

Did you know that the RiverWalk, also known as Paseo del Rio, in San Antonio is the number one tourist attraction in Texas? Once you visit, you will understand why. Go here to read the entire history of the RiverWalk from 1836 to 2005.

As you can see from the photos, there are many restaurants featuring all kinds of food. You can spend your day just trying to figure out where you are going to eat dinner. Mmmmm. Why not stay in a hotel there?
