Jan’s Deviled Eggs
6 hard-cooked eggs
1 teaspoon prepared horse-radish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, put into small bowl, and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredientsand mix until smooth. Heap into whites. Garnish with parsley bits and paprika.
