Grilled Lamb Chops
8 lamb chops (1-inch-thick)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine softened butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, stirring until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Spread butter mixture evenly over chops.
Grill chops over medium coals 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Makes 4 servings
