Parmesan Chicken
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs or dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine butter and Worcestershire sauce in a shallow bowl.
Combine garlic powder, bread crumbs, Parmesan, and parsley in another shallow dish.
Dip chicken breasts into butter mixture, then into the crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a single layer in a large baking dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink.
